Mikey is napping and I just finished a 40 minute Yoga routine from my new DVD without being climbed all over. I don't think I quite realised how much I needed to unwind. I feel pretty great now. The DVD is Yoga for Beginners, although I'm not a beginner. I've been doing yoga on and off for years, but I find that I have short limbs so some of the more advanced poses are still difficult. This DVD has some really nice routines on it.
